Teddy and Gruby's eyes, upper mouth, lower mouth, cassette player, speaker and volume control are all operational. The eyes and mouth move in harmony with the tape. The cassette player works perfectly with no distortion when the volume is up. The tape does not slow down at any point in the player. The sound is very clear. Both friends have come with battery covers and no corrosion in batter compartments. The tape player has the automatic shutoff at the end of the tape to save the batteries. Nothing is broken, torn, or missing. Clothing and fabric is clean. All clothing is wearable and not torn or damaged. Teddy takes 4 C batteries.
