Who would have considered a "shoe" would turn out to be a collectible? But a few years ago these miniature works of art caught the eyes of collectors worldwide and sparked a fashionable trend in collectibles.
 
Raine's first pieces debuted in 1998 and the next year she won the 1999 National Association of Limited Edition Dealers Rising Star Award for her Just The Right Shoe collection.
